Once the order has be submitted,  changes must be made by telephone.

Postal charges are as follows:

Go to our online store and register your name and email plus contact details.  We will then contact you.

We aim to have orders in the post by the following business day.  From then it takes 1-2 business days.

We deliver our full range of products to trade customers in the South West.

Outside of this area we use a courier service to deliver a large selection of our natural air-dried dog treats.

We will phone you to arrange payment.  Pre-payment is required before delivery. 

Our minimum order value is £100 pounds (excl VAT) .  Orders over £150 qualify for free postage.
